How do we receive initial information on a project?

We receive initial information on a project in the form most suitable for you. In case you already have a specification of a product, we will study it and send you a set-price offer. If such a need arises we can enhance or develop the specifications corresponding to your requirements, it is not a problem at all. We are always ready to send our project manager in order to clarify and discuss all the details at your location. It happens rather often that the problems important for the project are settled only in the course of the project. In this case as well, we will do our best to meet your requirements.

How can I get to Minsk? What are formalities and complications I am likely to experience when applying for a visa if I choose to fly to Minsk?

The flights from Frankfurt (daily), Munich (3 times a week), Vienna (3 times a week) and Berlin (3 times a week) will take two hours. You may obtain the Belarusian visa directly in Minsk airport. To do so, you will need only your passport and an invitation from our firm.

What are the responsibilities of Golden Software in relation to elimination of errors after completion of a project?

All errors found within the term of warranty (one year) will be debugged promptly and free of charge.
